The Meeting Room is located upstairs and is ideal for smaller groups. It regularly hosts Solva Community Council meetings and other community group meetings. It provides a storage facility for some of the community groups that use Solva Memorial Hall.
The table seats ten but extra chairs are available from downstairs. There is a computer available to use for a small fee. It is worth noting that it is several years old and unsuitable for newer applications / software. There is no internet or phone line available.
The meeting room is equipped with its own toilet facilities.
There are no tea making facilities but these can be requested at additional cost
There is one small velux window for natural light but good overhead lighting: please ensure this is closed before leaving.
There is one convector heater in the room which is powered through the coin meter.
The room is lockable, but this must be arranged in advance with the Clerk.
